Julia przesiaduje z młodymi na półce. Czasami jest atakowana.

Kiedy Julia wyskoczyła z gniazda na daszek, pojawił się Gaylord z pustym szponem.
Wszedł do gniazda, ale natychmiast musiał wyskoczyć i zniknąć, młode domagają się jedzenia.

Julia jest samicą migrującą. Samiec Gaylord też zimą potrafił znikać na dłużej, ale teraz bywa często widziany,
ponieważ na jego rewirze pojawiają się różne samice. Nawet dwie jednocześnie.
